R5001 is a laser radar Time of Flight (ToF) receiver chip based on SPAD (single-photon avalanche diode) technology. Together with a laser emitter and a driving circuit, it forms a compact laser radar module, which is used in scenarios such as SLAM (Simultaneous localization and mapping) mapping for cleaning robots and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), obstacle avoidance for robots, and ranging. It features ease of use, high ranging accuracy, high frame rate, and resistance to sunlight.
